The Niche brand has been made with love for nearly 30 years by mother/daughter team Nilgun and Ayse Derman. Designer Nilgun Derman has a background in industrial design, which lends an architectural element to the Niche collection. Daughter Ayse Derman is creative director.
The Niche flagship boutique at the Historic Pearl Brewery is just across the San Antonio River from company headquarters. The collection draws inspiration from this energetic district of culture, creativity, cuisine, and fashion in the Alamo City.
